I would like to introduce myself, my name is Sanne Beijerman. I am a Grand-Prix rider, sport psychologist and trainer. Since 2001 I run my own dressage stable and practice for sport psychology.
I live in Amsterdam and my stable and practice were in Sleeuwijk (the Netherlands) until last year. This year I will be moving to Nederhorst Den Berg (the Netherlands) together with my partner, 2 children and the horses.
My daily activities are really divers. Most of my time is spend on mental coaching of individual equestrians from beginners up to equestrians competing at the Olympics. These activities also involve giving courses, workshops and clinics about sport psychology and teambuilding. I do this with the European Championship Youth teams. Next to these activities I train 2 or 3 horses which I train and compete until Grand-Prix level. I also give lessons to a select group of well performing students.
During trainings, events and clinics I think it is important to look your best. The clothing you’re wearing is the one thing that stands out the most. This is a big reason I am very happy with the collaboration with La Valencio. The brand is professional, sportive, trendy and comfortable to wear. This reflects what I want to be looking like in the sports.
